We’ve gathered, written, and performed many spells and rituals over the years which we’ve assembled into a convenient collection for you.

Using the buttons below, browse through our spell archive, either in its entirety or by magickal intention,  or learn something unexpected by checking out a random spell.

Also, we’re always adding more spells and rituals. We have a long way to go before we get our entire collection up. So, you can always find our most recently added spells in our sidebar as well as on our home page.

Before you begin working magick, you may want to learn how to cast a circle or set up an altar from which to perform spells and rituals. Of course, there’s more to working magick than just casting a circle, reciting a chant, or otherwise simply going through the motions of a spell. So, if you’re new to green witchcraft or you need a bit of a refresher, our Magick 101 guide has further information to get you started as well as to increase your magickal results.

Once you’re more practiced and comfortable working magick, you may want to learn how to write your own spells or to modify an existing one to suit you better. Sometimes, regardless of how proficient you become in the craft, a spell just may not work as well as you’d like. Before giving up on it, you could repeat the spell with an easy enhancement to improve your magickal outcome. If that fails to produce your desired results, learning more about why spells fail can help you achieve better results in the future.

The magickal tools and ingredients used in our spells and rituals are those that may be grown, harvested in the wild, and/or are typically available for purchase in Canada.

While the terms ritual and spell are often used interchangeably, there are differences between the two.

RITUAL: Intended for a more general longer-lasting purpose, a ritual is often more complex than a spell. Once energies are summoned, they are released more evenly throughout upcoming weeks or months. Some rituals are carried out at specified times, such as during a sabbat. For instance, if you hope to have an abundant healthy vegetable garden, you could perform a ritual to achieve that during Ostara, a celebration of fertility.

SPELL: Unlike a ritual, a spell is usually cast for a specific reason, such as helping you land a certain job, and as such, are often shorter acting. Many spells, though not all, may be more informal and less complicated than a ritual. For example, you might direct energy into some sea salt, which you would then carry in your pocket to a job interview to increase your likelihood of success. Once the interview is over and you sprinkle the salt outside of the premises, the spell is completed.
